1.  Darul Aman Park

There is one exciting place that will surely make your family enjoy the maximum level of Darul Aman Park or otherwise known as Darul Aman Theme Park. This theme park is the best recreation of Jitra, Kedah. 

Some of the activities that visitors often do are jogging, picnicking with family, and so on. You can also enjoy the beauty of the environment and see the tranquil lake. 

In this lake, you can rent a boat to experience the boat experience. If you come here during the school holidays, there are more activities you can join here.

2.  Fantasia AquaPark

 Fantasia Aqua Park is sure to make children around Jitra call the 'playground Ayaq' one of the best attractions in Jitra, Kedah.

 The theme park is usually open from noon to 7 pm and closes on Tuesdays. Tickets are offered at RM18 for adults and RM15 for children.

3.  Bukit Wang

The Wang Wang Reservation Forest (Nature Reserve) is located in Jitra, Kedah, about 40 kilometers from the Alor Star city and is always a popular destination for weekend getaways. 

What's more, the park has a relatively great bath area, about one kilometer and is suitable for all ages. Although it does not have high waterfalls, it is still an option due to the environment being maintained. You can do jungle trekking and hill-climbing or jogging at the picnic area entrance while looking at different types of forest plants such as sago and ape plants. After a shower, visitors can enjoy a variety of foods sold at the cafe near the entrance.

4.  MnM Home Whimsical Houses

If you frequent the Jitra and through the village of Changkat Setol Village, you will see a large signboard written by MnM Home Whimsical Houses that are located in front of the gate. It is one of Jitra's most attractive places of its own.

There are some unique home builds, playgrounds, and mini zoos that are perfect for all ages and even homestays for those who want to spend the night here. To your knowledge, there is some really unique home builds here.

There are houses that are the built-in reverse. There are also houses that are built in a rut and many more. You know the hobbit house is here! The mini zoo houses some cute and tame pets.

There are rabbits, cats, and even miniature hedgehogs here. For those of you who want to taste delicate honey, you can find it at a reasonable price

5.  Napoh Eco Farm

Napoh Eco Farm is one of Jitra's favorite places that combines natural beauty, learning, and peace of mind. You can experience the beauty of nature, understand the connection between nature and humanity, and learn about fresh plant-based foods.

For those of you who want to learn about the livestock raising here, there is no problem. There are geese, ducks, rabbits, and many more cute animals you can see.

6.Masjid Al Fateh Tanjung Pauh, Jitra

The Al-Fateh Mosque of Tanjung Pauh is one of the places of worship for Muslims. The mosque was built in 1913, where it is a small surau located on the banks of the Kedah River. Did you know, it's one of the earliest mosques built?

It is called Tanjong Pauh Mosque because it is located in the village of Tanjong Pauh. When you pass through Tanjong Pauh village, don't forget to stop here! At night, the mosque is very beautiful, with its lights illuminating the entire mosque.

7.  Sabai Dee Cafe

The Sabai Dee Cafe, located on Wang Tepus Street, Jitra, is one of Jitra's favorite places to serve Thai cuisine. Of course, Thai cuisine here should be enjoyed by everyone who comes here

. You know, Thai cuisine here is like a hidden gem in Jitra. Because seating is limited, you should come early to avoid enough dining. Some of the best dishes here are chicken tomyam, shrimp tomyam, squash tomyam, and so on. Among the best desserts is coconut jelly. The restaurant is open from 6 pm to 12 midnight, and on Mondays, it is closed.

8.Restoran Tok Keramat

If you are looking for delicious yummy rice in Jitra, this exciting place in Jitra is the answer. The restaurant has a wide variety of side dishes that you can choose for your lunch with your family. The price is said to be cheap and very affordable for the customers. The menu here is either fruity or banana curry, which is delicious. For your information, this restaurant is open concept, and it would be great to eat here with family.

9.Pak Lang Roti Canai

Are you looking for an excellent spot for breakfast or an afternoon of canned bread? You can try it at Pak Lang Bread Canai. Talk about which canned food doesn't like it, right? To your knowledge, canai bread here is the most delicious meal in Jitra.

Among the delicious canned menus here are sardines, egg buns, and more, and even the coffee here is excellent. Canai Bakery is located in the Student Park, Jitra. For those of you who haven't tried it, you can come to the new spot in Jitra.

10.Runtuhan Istana Tunku Kudin

The ruins of the Tunku Kudin Palace are believed to be over 100 years old and are an exciting place in Jitra for you to visit. The structure of this palace is made of honey and egg white to strengthen the structure and integrity of the palace. Some consider this palace to be related to King Bersiong, authentic or not wallahualam.
